These general conditions of service expressly regulate the commercial relations between ALNAFURA and the users who purchase the products offered through this website.

Users are informed that ALNAFURA reserves the right to modify these general conditions of service at any time, whatever the intended purpose, respecting in all cases the general conditions in force at the time of making the purchase made by the user.

These conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 by which approves the consolidated text of the General Regulations Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users in its latest modification contained in Law 3/2014, of March 27, Law 7/1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade and how many legal provisions are applicable to you.

The user, by accepting the terms and conditions, declares to know and accept the procedures established here as necessary to proceed with the purchase.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The information provided about each product, as well as the photographs or videos related to them and the trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Alnafura website, are shown on www.alnafura.com for guidance purposes.

PRE-PURCHASE INFORMATION

 

All users will be able to view within the website, classified by categories and subcategories, all the products offered for purchase. By clicking on each of them, the user will be able to access a complete product sheet where a brief description, availability and price will be indicated. Users are informed that all data provided in the description of the products is based on the information provided by their suppliers.

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. and/or any other applicable tax. These prices will be those in force at all times, except for obvious typographical errors. Transport is not included in the displayed prices of the products, its cost being broken down later at the time of finalizing the purchase.

The user is informed that the product purchased through this website may vary, due to the manufacturer's availability, non-substantial changes in the components, characteristics or features of the batch that comprises it, as long as they do not detract from the qualities and the advertised performance.

The user should note that once the order is placed, the shipping information cannot be changed.

PURCHASE SYSTEM

 

The procedures for purchasing products will be those shown on the screen at all times and described in these General Conditions. Users may register as ALNAFURA members during the product purchasing process to enjoy promotional benefits. Likewise, the user is provided with a purchase method without having to register with ALNAFURA, in which an email address will be requested.

To proceed with the purchase of the products, the user must click on "Add to cart" on each product. As the user selects what they want, they will be able to preview the “Cart” at the top right of the website with the products pending payment, which will be updated as products or services are added. If the user wants to see their order in more detail, they can click on “Cart” and a section will open on the screen where they can see a summary of the selected products. From there you can click on “Finish order” again to continue with the purchasing process.

On the Information screen, the user may use a discount voucher that ALNAFURA has given them as a result of a promotion, raffle or other circumstance. To validate it you must click on “Use” and you will see the discount in the price breakdown, as long as it is still valid according to your particular conditions. You must complete the requested information and select, if applicable, the delivery and billing address.

When the user has finished, they must click on the “Continue with shipments” button that they will find at the bottom of the breakdown of their purchase. You must complete the requested information and select a shipping type. To continue with the purchase process you must click on the “Continue with payment” button. It will take you to the last page where you must fill in your payment details and click pay now.

PAYMENT SYSTEM

 

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, Visa, MasterCard or AmericanExpress. The user will be able to choose the payment method at checkout, and both payments will be subject to the following conditions:

Payment by credit card will be made through a payment gateway managed by a bank with a secure server certified according to the SSL protocol. The bank details entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank's services and subsequently verified with the issuing bank to prevent potential fraud and abuse. ALNAFURA does not have banking, credit or debt information.
